Teen Pilates

From Thursday 28th January at 5pm Maly will be teaching a Pilates mat class for 12 -18 year olds who are home schooling and finding it difficult to motivate themselves to get moving during this time.

Maly will teach a dynamic class which will focus on strengthening from the inside out to improve posture, reduce aches and pains, increase energy levels and maintain flexibility. Regular Pilates practice is also proven to improve concentration levels and boost self-esteem.
