These sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates, are in pain, have an injury or are looking for a more personalised session with one of our team of expert instructors. Sessions are 45 mins in duration and you have the option of coming into our studio or staying at home. Once you have booked your session we will be in touch so that you can let us know which you would prefer.
In an Initial Consultation, we take you through the fundamentals of Pilates as well as the basic exercises so we can recommend which of our classes would be best for you.
New to Pilates? This is for you! A one-to-one session to introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates as well as the fundamental exercises.
