Our online classes are live and interactive so that you get the most out of what you put in. We do our very best to give you a studio experience from the comfort of your home.
We have a class for everyone. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like some advice regarding which class to join. You will receive a link by email as soon as you book a class.
Five minutes before your class begins simply click the link to enter the meeting (class). If we are not there yet, don’t worry, we will join shortly. We will then take you through a 50 minute Pilates class on your mat. It’s that simple!
In this class we will take you through the basic exercises in the Pilates repertoire.
These exercises are designed to strengthen the deep abdominals, shoulder and hip muscles. You will also learn how to mobilise the spine and joints to improve flexibility and mobility.

Our Mid Morning Movers class is for you if you are looking to remain strong and active.
Our classes use traditional Pilates exercises to improve core strength from the inside out. They also focuses on increasing flexibility while improving spinal mobility and balance.
Our classes are completely safe if you have with low bone density (osteopenia/osteoporosis) providing a recommended combination of balance, resistance and impact exercises. They are also beneficial if you have arthritis or are recovering from hip and knee replacements as we practice isolated movements of the joints.

In this class we will progress you from the basic Pilates repertoire taught in our Beginners class.
Designed to strengthen the deep abdominals, shoulder and hip muscles as well as mobilise the spine and joints, the exercises are more challenging than at Beginner level.
This class is suitable for all those who have completed at least 15 beginner classes and feel ready to progress.
