What We Do

We believe that Pilates is for EVERYBODY. And can benefit EVERYBODY.

We first opened our studio doors in Blackrock in 2011 with the intention of teaching Pilates to everybody willing to learn and open to experiencing all the benefits that come with regular practice.

Pilates is truly for everybody. We have clients of all ages (from teenagers to the over 80’s), levels of experience and fitness and at various stages of life (pre- and post-natal).

Our team are amongst the best you will find. They are highly qualified with many years of experience and are passionate about what they do.

Our approach is to make sure that you get the most out of what you put in whether you come to a group class, a Studio Duo or a private session with us.

We appreciate that everyone comes to us for different reasons, some come with pain, injury or aches and pains, some want to feel better about their bodies, some want to improve their running technique/golf swing/tennis game, some want an hour out of their daily lives to come into their bodies, some want to feel less stiff after an afternoon in the garden, some are looking for more flexibility/mobility and others would like some help preparing or recovering for and from childbirth.

Whatever your motivation, we are here to share our passion for Pilates and show you what you can do!
