Anna Frankland

I set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to practice Pilates regularly, and in a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment. I thrive on the diversity of the people I see daily and feel very lucky to have a team of highly experienced instructors to work with. I particularly enjoy seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to every aspect of my client’s lives through improved physical as well as mental well-being.

I hold a Diploma in Professional Pilates from Polestar Pilates in Sydney, an internationally recognised training body. I am also a certified member of the International Pilates Method Alliance. I also hold a qualification in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy from the National Training Centre. My special interest is in Women’s health, particularly in the pre and post natal period and post menopause period. I am a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor (Pilates for breast cancer survivors) and Buff Bones Instructor (Pilates for improved bone density).
