I set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to practice Pilates regularly, and in a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment. I thrive on the diversity of the people I see daily and feel very lucky to have a team of highly experienced instructors to work with. I particularly enjoy seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to every aspect of my client’s lives through improved physical as well as mental well-being.
I completed my Diploma in Professional Pilates from Polestar Pilates in Sydney, an internationally recognised training body many years ago. I am also a certified member of the International Pilates Method Alliance. My qualification in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy from the National Training Centre in Dublin.
Over the years I have developed a special interest is in Pilates for women’s health, particularly in the pre and post-natal period and during menopause and post menopause. I am a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor and Buff Bones Instructor.

I am a Stott trained Pilates instructor, and Holistic therapist. Having been recommended Pilates after back surgery and the birth of my two boys, my practice has become an intrinsic part of my life.
As a teacher, the joy for me now is in passing on Joseph Pilates’ exercises to others with a focus on the mind body connection.
I am certified to teach mat classes with specific qualifications in areas including injuries and special populations, osteoporosis and bone health and the Pink Ribbon Pilates programme.
I also have a special interest in working with pre and post-natal mothers, teaching a range of specially modified exercises.
I love to share this method with its focus on developing and enhancing core strength, stability and flexibility, all through mindful exercise. I particularly enjoy encouraging clients to develop their own mindful body awareness, and to help instil self-confidence, and strength.

I have been enthusiastic about sports all of my life. I received my certification in mat work in Argentina in 2007 and my certification on Pilates equipment in Madrid in 2011. On moving to Ireland, to improve my communication skills, I decided to train with Polestar Pilates UK, from where I fully qualified in 2020.
My Pilates passion did not finish here. As I love to teach people different and creative movement skills, I am certified to train pre and post-natal Pilates (Polestar Pilates), Pilates for seniors (Lolita San Miguel), Pilates for Injuries (BASI) and Pink Ribbon Program. My classes will leave you energized, stretched and you will also be challenged to get the most of your practise.

I trained as a Classical Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles, in 2005 and as a contemporary teacher in Paris with Balanced Body University in 2009. A bi-lingual, English-French teacher and a Psychology grad, I draw on my Pilates education and my wider interest of movement and mental well-being in all my classes. I am particularly passionate about the benefits of Pilates in terms of movement and posture and have seen consistent improvements in mobility, strength, confidence, grace and ease of movement over and over again in people who have a regular Pilates practice.

Elizabeth has studied, practised and taught movement for over 15 years. She began her career as a personal trainer and yoga instructor in the wine country of Northern California, working with clients of all ages and abilities.
In her free time, she explored many different types of movement modalities but resonated particularly with Pilates. She saw first-hand how it could improve strength, flexibility, postural awareness, focus and breath – bringing together elements she found with her time in the gym and from practicing and teaching yoga. She credits Pilates for helping her to rehab a shoulder injury and to recover from a serious illness. Upon moving to Ireland, she qualified to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates with Balanced Body. She is currently pursuing a Comprehensive Studio Pilates qualification with Polestar in the UK.
She maintains her credentials with ACSM and NASM as a Personal Trainer; through ACE as a Group Exercise Instructor; and as a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500).
Elizabeth loves to learn and pass on her knowledge through her classes. She is excited to help her students develop a love of Pilates and, in turn, a life-long enjoyment of movement.
